KreditTown acts as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) for partner banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). We help connect prospective borrowers with lenders. We are not a lender — we do not sanction, disburse, or service loans ourselves. All lending decisions, interest rates, fees, and terms are determined solely by the partner bank or NBFC you are matched with, subject to their own eligibility criteria and discretion.

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not guarantee loan approval, a specific interest rate, or any specific outcome. Approval is entirely at the partner lender's discretion, based on their own underwriting criteria.

The Agent Portal (/dsa) is restricted to authorized KreditTown agents only. Access is provisioned by KreditTown administration. Sharing credentials, attempting unauthorized access, or misusing lead/commission data is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination and other appropriate action.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of KreditTown or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

KreditTown provides this website on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KreditTown is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or from decisions made by partner lenders.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
